    Laptop: open in Chrome or Edge. Phone: install on your home screen first, then open the installed app and activate there. Setup needs internet; afterward you can use the dashboard offline.

What exactly do I receive?

A personal license for your selected Starboy version (Laptop or Phone), both training options, six starter routines, the practical Guide and all five views: Today, Plan, Guide, Progress and Year. You choose one training program at a time. Your purchase does not include the other device version or future dashboard editions.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. The home program uses your body weight, floor space and a wall. The gym program is a separate option for people with access to weights and gym equipment.

Can I change the program and routines?

Yes. The included content is your starting point. Edit weekly sessions, exercises, targets, tasks and routines in Plan. Keep a backup before making large changes.

Should I choose Laptop or Phone?

Choose Laptop for Chrome or Edge on Windows or Mac. Choose Phone for an app installed on your iPhone or Android home screen. Both contain the same programs, routines and guide. Choose based on where you will use the dashboard, not the device you are buying from.

Is there a subscription or a Notion account?

No. This is a standalone browser app with a one-time purchase. No Notion account or recurring subscription is required.

Can I use the same license in another browser?

Buying Laptop does not include Phone, or vice versa. A new browser or device needs its own activation through Polar. If your activation limit is reached, contact support to transfer your license. Signing into the same Chrome account does not transfer access. Importing a backup does not activate a new browser. Active licenses are checked when online; temporary network failures preserve saved offline access.

Where is my data? Does it sync?

Your records stay in that browser on that device. There is no automatic sync between devices. Laptop: export a JSON backup or select a folder for automatic backups in desktop Chrome or Edge. Phone: manually save a backup file from Settings to Files or your chosen drive, then confirm it is saved. We recommend doing this weekly and before changing phones. A cloud-synced folder can keep a copy, but does not turn the app into a live synced dashboard. Clearing browser storage can remove your data and activation.

What if I’m new to training?

The guide explains targets and progression, but it is not individual coaching. Choose weights or exercise variations you can control. If an exercise is unfamiliar, get qualified help with technique. Results depend on your starting point and consistency.

How does the $29 founder price work?

Laptop and Phone share the first 100 founder purchases at $29 USD. The regular price is $49 USD per version. The bar above uses verified checkout data. Any current expiry is shown alongside it. Availability and the final total are confirmed before payment.

What if I need help after buying?

Contact Stillane Studio support for access or technical issues. Keep your order reference and license email. Purchase terms and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout.
